Saint Georges Harbour Grenada

Port of St. George?s - Port Specifications

The Port of St. George?s is located in position 12?03?N, 61?45?W on the southwest side of the mainland, and is operated by the Grenada Ports Authority from its offices at Burns Point, St. George?s on the Carenage.

The Melville Street Cruise Terminal is a dedicated cruise facility situated on the foreshore of the west side of downtown St. George?s. This facility offers a 375m long jetty with 350m of usable berth, including 100m of dolphin and catwalk.

The terminal operates scanners and X-ray equipment for both disembarking and embarking passengers using this facility. Passengers exit directly through the newly opened Esplanade Shopping Mall and out to downtown [[Saint georges|St. George?s]].

The Inner Harbour is a general service facility, which has an 335 m quay with a water depth of 9 m alongside. Cruise ships are accommodated at the northern end of the quay, which boasts an open-air Tourist Information and Cruise Welcome Centre. Passengers exit onto the Carenage waterfront.
