Based on the exelent Tobago Cays article in Chris Doyle's guide for the Caribbean on Doyle guides and a fantastic guide for the Cays on www.usual-suspects-sailing.com , pictures from SVG Airlines and pictures from Paellaman on pictures.carriacou.biz Sail Rock is only recommended for advanced divers as it is an exposed location and, as such, there strong currents which also limits this dive to good weather conditions. Sail Rock is the tip of an underwater mountain which juts abruptly out of the water. Its vertical walls, caverns and ledges are thickly covered with coral. Diving can be done down to 80 or 90 feet and some of the marine life that you may see include sleeping Blacktip Sharks, Spotted Eagle Rays and large Barracuda.
